Een uitzonderlijk verschijnsel in een olijfboomgaard: een van de bomen schudt plotseling wild zijn takken en veroorzaakt een opstand. Terwijl het spontane protest groeit, dendert de Mobiele Eenheid door het landschap in een poging de rebellie te onderdrukken. Een film geïnspireerd op de oude werkwijze van de olijfoogst, waarbij bewerking van het land en agressie samenvallen.

Bringing artists from the worlds of dance and cinema to work together is an extraordinary format that calls for both artists to invent and perform a dialectic language in a joined working process that is much more than a documented-performance or a dance piece with visuals. That is precisely what Point Taken is undertaking and participating in their third edition and has been for us a dream come-true. The reason for that is first of all because we’ve been dreaming this film for over a year and we even went on a road trip with our chorographer Aitana to south of Spain where we eventually shot a lo-fi pilot of ‘Harvest’.
